The Champagnat Trust Sports Lunch is the main fundraiser for school scholarships. Every Year Marist College Ashgrove puts on a big lunch with sports celebrities, auctions and raffles. The lunch is held at the Brisbane Convention Center where the 20 meter screen needs to be filled with something eye-catching to keep the guests entertained. As a pre-marketing strategy, as soon as the event is finished the next one needs to be marketed for, I had to come up with a design that can be used each year, before the final design is done to promote the event, including an email banner and social tile.
