Land Sea and Sky Art Trail

This children’s activity brochure was created for ‘Land, Sea and Sky: Contemporary Art of the Torres Strait Islands’, the largest exhibition of contemporary art by Torres Straight Islander artists world-wide. The ‘art-trail’ is a treasure hunt for young visitors, encouraging them to make their way through the exhibition by identifying artworks and completing activities.

I created Kazi, the mascot for the show, and illustrated supporting elements for the brochure. The most challenging part of this was to illustrate the activities economically, due to space restrictions. One way this was achieved was by changing the perspective.
